Mercy Ministries

As Christians, God has called us to express His love for the world around us. We serve our communities by seeking ways of caring and working towards a just and fair society. We seek to assist and care for everyone regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, race, or religion. We believe that we must also address the emotional and physical needs in the communities we serve. We have therefore developed a ministry called Mercy Ministries, with the aim to meeting practical needs of the needy. We believe in creating opportunities and places where individuals in the community can belong, contribute, and thrive. We embrace a culture where core values such as hope, inspiration, compassion and trust are at the centre of all that we do.

Community Food Service

Our Community Outreach

Rooted in faith and fellowship, our ministry brings the community together after every church service to share a meal and connect.

Beyond our weekly table, we extend compassionate outreach to local residents facing hardship by offering free, nutritionally balanced food parcels and essential groceries to support families in need."

Functions of Food Provision & Support

  • Emergency Provisions: Distributing emergency food supplies tailored to household size and dietary requirements.

  • Referral & Drop-In Services: Partnering with local agencies to ensure support reaches those in immediate need.

  • Holistic Support:Our church ministry serves as a welcoming community hub that pairs emergency food distribution with warm hospitality, basic toiletries, and compassionate listening.
